Simply Breastfeeding: The Criso Breastfeeding Method DVD
Shari's got an incredibly disarming, nurturing personality that just draws you in. Listening to her is like chatting with a girlfriend, but better, since Shari's got the credentials to back up what she's teaching. I've benefited so much from watching her DVD – our daughter just turned one and we're still going strong. -Amy W., mother of one
I was ready to give up on breastfeeding. I kept getting blocked milk ducts. I had at least one or two a week. Going to a lactation consultant was my last ditch effort. Shari was incredible. She showed my how to clear my blocked milk ducts as well as proper positioning while nursing, so that I could prevent them. It is because of Shari that I am still nursing at ten months. It was definitely the best money I ever spent. -Meredith F.
