Party Popcorn

20-24 cups fresh popped popcorn (this sounds like a lot, but you’ll want it all!)
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips or meltys
1/2 teaspoon salt

Pop plain popcorn and put in a bowl big enough to stir all of it in. Melt the white chocolate until smooth and stir in salt until dissolved. Drizzle the white chocolate over the popcorn, then stir until all the popcorn is evenly coated. Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper and pour popcorn across the paper. Scatter the sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet so that it will stick. Let it set for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate has dried. Enjoy!
