As a busy working mom, I started making poor choices in the kitchen and didn't make time for myself. I decided to start Pretty Fierce Weight Loss and I LOVED it. They were short enough to fit in my schedule and I still got a great workout. After 4 weeks I couldn't believe the numbers on the scale, and they kept me going! At the end of eight weeks I was so excited I started the program again. Now I've lost a total of 60 pounds and 62" and went from a size 14 to a size 2!
